Hi, I'm Lisa! I have personally experienced this rollercoaster of menopausal symptoms.
I realised the symptoms flared up when I stopped moving my body in a way that supported me, and noticed elements of my lifestyle were no longer serving me.
With a depth of research, and lived experience, along with supporting many women through the menopause transition, the Moving Through Menopause Program has been specifically designed to support you, just like it did for me.
I am the founder of Intune Yoga Daily and the Moving Through Menopause program. I am a trauma informed yoga teacher, an intuitive life coach, a mum of 3 and a women who has moved through menopause herself.
As we move into this wise time in our lives, making supportive lifestyle choices and knowing the right exercise that serves us is essential to assist us to move through menopause with ease & grace.
My heart felt purpose is to empower women to move through menopause through movement & mindset.
